The Hershey Company is launching its latest licensed Hershey’s S’mores products and is expanding beyond grilling tools and accessories into lifestyle and home products.
“Hershey’s Milk Chocolate is the authentic chocolate brand for a classic s'more,” says Ernie Savo, senior director, global licensing, The Hershey Company. “Our licensing program is designed to reinforce the role our Hershey’s brand plays in the occasion and enables consumers to get the most out of each s’mores experience. Surrounding the occasion with Hershey’s branded accessories, tools and lifestyle solutions not only helps to enhance the occasion, but the licensed merchandise also acts as a reminder that a s’more can only truly be a s’more when it’s made with Hershey’s Milk Chocolate.”
The expansion encourages a more immersive experience for consumers to enjoy s’mores year-round and make more occasions at home with family and friends.
In 2021, The Hershey Company and Taste Beauty launched a line of Hershey-flavored lip balm and lip gloss. This year, the brand is launching a new Hershey’s S’mores logo and a collaboration with Route One Apparel, featuring a broad collection of lifestyle items like tumbler cups, mugs, games, face masks, blankets and socks.
“A great deal of nostalgia surrounds the classic Hershey’s s’more,” says Savo. “Today, more than ever, consumers are eager to create special moments that bring family and friends together. Our expansion into lifestyle and home accessories enable consumers to express their love of the simple and classic s'mores ritual and personify the memories they’re creating.”
