Oxford Heads to Ukraine

Oxford Limited has signed a three-year deal with Top PE to develop a range of back-to-school stationery and bags for the university brand in the Ukraine.

The agreement was brokered by Oxford’s agent, Performance Brands.

Top PE joins other Eastern European back-to-school licensees for the brand, which include St Majewski (Poland) and Pigna (Romania).
