L’Oréal Paris is set to release a makeup collection in collaboration with late designer Karl Lagerfeld, reports WWD.

The one-off collection, which was in the works before Lagerfeld’s passing last February, will offer a Parisian, rock-chic style.

“This line of makeup truly reflects the Karl Lagerfeld brand universe and what Karl loved in makeup,” says Caroline Lebar, head of image and communication, Karl Lagerfeld, according to WWD.

“All of our fashion designer collaborations are an honor, but this one is particularly meaningful,” says Délphine Viguier-Hovasse, global brand president, L’Oréal Paris, according to WWD. “While Karl upturned the hierarchy of the landscape to democratize fashion, L’Oréal Paris is committed to making beauty according to women’s own rules and desires.”

The collection will be revealed for online sales on Sept. 20, with the global release planned for Sept. 27 during Paris Fashion Week.
