Hudson Blvd. Acquires Nail Brand

Hudson Blvd. Group, a multi-brand beauty services operated, has acquired the nail art destination Valley.

HBG was formed in 2015 and currently operates a diverse portfolio of beauty brands across hair, skin and makeup categories, including DreamDry. With the acquisition of Valley, HBG will round out its assortment with the nail category.
