British museum takes on multiple new licensing partners.

The V&A has signed on a host of new partners that will extend the U.K. museum’s collection of patterns and designs to multiple and varied products.

First, V&A has teamed with Oasis to bring V&A’s collection of chinoiserie wallpaper and fabrics to apparel. Oasis has created a range that includes silk shirt, dresses, shirts, skirts, pajama bottoms and bomber jackets.

Footwear brand Clarks will launch its autumn/winter collection of shoes that include V&A’s textile collection by Claud Lovat Fraser; while licensee Royal Doulton will debut a figurine collection based on the creations of fashion designer Charles Frederick Worth.

Creative Tops has created a ceramics range inspired by a silk design currently in V&A’s collection. The tabletop collection draws upon the designs of Anna Maria Garthwaite, an English silk pattern drawer from the 1700s. The Palmer’s Silk Tea for One collection will debut at U.K. retailer Waterstones.

Licensee Quadrille has launched a stationery range based on several designs within the V&A archive. The luxury range of notecards, paper, notebooks and desk planners will be available soon.

Lastly, King & McGaw has developed a collection of art prints and frames that also draw from the V&A archive; while Silver Seasons, a jewelry licensee, will debut pieces inspired by the designs of Owen Jones.
