Boyhood, a modern design and contemporary art company based in Aarhus, Denmark, has announced its newest collection with Peanuts. Snoopy is the first of three characters from the comic strips to join the Boyhood contemporary wooden-design collectibles. In 2023, Charlie Brown and Woodstock will join Snoopy to complete the trio.

“Peanuts strives to find partners that not only understand the brand, but who elevate its presence at retail,” says Tara Botwick, senior director, international territory management, EMEA. “Boyhood brings Charles Schulz’s beloved characters to Danish modern design with their high-quality, beautifully produced wooden collectibles, making these items a must-have for Peanuts fans of all ages.”

Snoopy will be available in solid oak with smoke-stained oak features in two sizes and in stores in late fall.

“I am over the moon and so proud to have successfully drawn up this partnership with Peanuts Worldwide,” says Jakob Burgsø, designer and founder, Boyhood. “I have always admired Snoopy and his friends. An opportunity like this does not come around very often, and I am very proud of being trusted to design a selection of wooden collectibles of some of the world’s most admired comic strip characters. The result is amazing, and I believe we have once again made an icon that will last for generations.”
