Sesame Workshop Plans Berry Special Initiative
Sesame Workshop continues to demonstrate that it's berry serious about itsHealthy Habits for Life initiative, partnering with Sunkist on a summer retailpromotion that reinforces the message of healthy habits for kids and theirfamilies. Throughout the summer, packages of Sunkist strawberries andblueberries will feature labels with Sesame Street characters Elmo and CookieMonster. Sesame Workshop also created header cards and sell sheets for theintegrated promotion.

PBS KIDS Taps Live Host for New Preschool Block
PBS KIDS is livening up its new preschool block with its first live host, LoriHolton Nash. The performer, teacher, and mom and an animated sidekick willguide kids through a two-hour programming block that features four programsincluding newcomers Curious George and It?s a Big Big World and existingfavorites Clifford the Big Red Dog and Dragon Tales.

4Kids Entertainment Signs Out-of-This-World Deal
4Kids Entertainment, Inc., acquired the exclusive worldwide licensing rights to3-D/CG- animated series The Zula Patrol. The company will manage the licensingand promotional initiatives for the space odyssey, which focuses on teachingchildren in pre-K through second grade basic science and astronomy concepts.Initiatives already in the works include interactive traveling museum exhibitsand educational programs. The Zula Patrol characters also will be featured in aFulldome Digital Theater show in spring 2007. On the education front, schoolsand after-school programs are using Zula's Launchpad for Learning science kits,and school districts are utilizing the Zula content for teacher accreditationworkshops.

Digital Blue Snaps Up New Deal
Digital Blue is targeting teens, 'tweens, and young adults with an exclusiveline of digital cameras and camcorders as part of a new relationship withDisney Consumer Products. The products (due in July) include the Pix ClickMicro and Disney Princess Secret Locket Cameras, two ultra-small cameras aimedat younger audiences; the Pix-Click Digital camera, with a 1-inch color viewscreen and customizable Disney faceplates; a slim 3 mega pixel camera with a1.5-inch color view screen, built-in flash, and expandable memory card slot;and the Disney Princess Digital Movie Maker.

Grammy Poised for Licensing Program
The Recording Academy partnered with licensing agent duffy + duffy to create alifestyle brand for its newly developed Grammy brand. The brand will celebratemusic and will launch with an exclusive retailer in late 2006 with a fullproduct launch in spring 2007.

Woolrich Bath Brand in New Agreement
Woolrich, Inc., partnered with Blonder Home Accents on a line of bathaccessories. Each of the three collections will include approximately 15 pieces(suggested retails range from $7 to $60) such as a lotion pump, soap dish,tumbler, toothbrush holder, night-light, tissue box, wastebasket, showercurtain, shower hooks, rug, and towels.

Yahama Motors into Wireless World
Win Win Gaming, Inc., subsidiary Pixiem, Inc., will develop wireless games anda Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) portal for Yamaha Motor Company. As partof the exclusive three-year deal, Pixiem will develop a series of 2-D and 3-Dversions of Yamaha-branded wireless mobile games, wallpaper, and ringtonesfeaturing the company's motor vehicle products including ATVs and motorcycles.Pixiem also will create and manage a WAP portal "storefront" to market theseproducts directly to the end user. Yamaha will support and market the productsthrough its network of distribution channels and participate with Pixiem onmarketing promotions offering Yamaha vehicles as prizes.
