The property is aimed at girls, and Turner will broadcast the first series beginning September 2011 in more than 130 countries across EMEA. TCNE will act as licensing agent for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (excluding Italy, Spain and Greece), and the intention is for products to roll out in 2012.
