Bulldog Licensing has announced an agreement for animation property Roobarb and Custard that will see a new line of plush including large plush, beanies and clippers, to be made by Brazier & Co.

The agreement adds to a string of recent licensing deals that include the addition of Fred and Ginger for pet accessories and Fatspanner for pub entertainment machines.

Other existing partners include Mogzilla for publishing, Poetic Gem for apparel, Museums and Galleries for greetings and Riviera for canvas wall art. The animated duo also act as champions for the People's Dispensary for Sick Animals, a U.K. animal charity.

“We are delighted to be adding Brazier to the Roobarb and Custard licensing program,” says Rob Corney, managing direction, Bulldog. “The brand is perfect for plush as the characters are instantly recognizable and will really stand out on-shelf, so we expect product to perform very well at retail.”
