“This project has been at the core of all of our activity on the Marie Claire brand since we began working together in 2008,” says Hollie Raphael, brand director, Talisman Licensing Australia. “This first store features our full collection of indoor furniture developed with Paris and with local licensee Inside Out Living from Melbourne. By the time we exhibit the full indoor and outdoor collections at The Shanghai Furniture fair in September this year, the concept will encompass over three dozen SKU’s of fine furniture and the collection is continuously developing with seasonal additions and new categories.”
A second store will open in North Melbourne in late August, and there is a plan to develop 10 stores nationwide
“Not only does the store encompass all that the Marie Claire brand strives to achieve in terms of design and best quality modern lines, but the fact we can now showcase these collections to the world of retail is so very vital,” says Fabrice Taupin, licensing director, The Marie Claire Group.
