Formula Fun Entertainment, the television production company responsible for creating "Franco and Formula Fun" (working title), has announced German m4e as its exclusive agent for worldwide distribution of the rights of the program.
M4e will distribute the television and home entertainment rights through its subsidiary company Telescreen based in Hilversum, The Netherlands. The consumer products side of the business, as well as the brand management will be handled by m4e based in Munich, Germany.
The 52x11 CGI-animated television series, aimed at kids ages 3 to 7, won the 2009 Licensing Challenge Award, presented by MipJunior and License! Global, and has pre-sales agreements with 28 countries. The first episodes are scheduled to air in spring 2012.
