Jakks Pacific will acquire Hong Kong-based Moose Mountain Toymakers, manufacturer of sports arcade products, foot to floor ride-ons, tents, safe soft play environments, arcade pinball games and wagons. The transaction is scheduled to close in the third quarter of this year.
