Disney Adds Shake It Up Dance Line

Disney Consumer Products has signed Ivivva Athletica, Lululemon Athletica's dance apparel brand for girls, for a new dancewear collection inspired by the Disney channel series "Shake It Up."

The line offers an assortment of athletic apparel and accessories including leg warmers, shorts, jackets and headbands. Products are currently available on the licensee's website. Seasonal lines will roll out for spring, summer, fall and winter.

"'Shake It Up' and its main characters served as the perfect inspiration for our new clothing line," says Jennie Lam, lead designer for Ivivva Athletica. "The 'Shake It Up' line strikes the right balance between functionality and spirit and meets the needs and desires of girls who want to dance and move in style."
