Discovery Networks International has announced the promotion of Doug Baker and John Honeycutt.
Baker, DNI's chief financial officer, has been promoted to the position of executive vice president and chief financial officer, responsible for leading all financial aspects of DNI including oversight of regional chief financial officers in Western Europe, CEEMEA, Latin America and Asia Pacific.
Honeycutt has been named the executive vice president and chief operating officer. Honeycutt will work to formulate divisional strategies across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific and Latin America. Honeycutt will also be responsible for the management and centralized strategy of DNI's digital media business and the operations team for Discovery Enterprises International, Discovery International's commerce, licensing, merchandising and program sales business.
Baker and Honeycutt will report to Mark Hollinger, president and chief executive officer of DNI.
