Authentic Acquires Judith Leiber

Just over a month after completing its acquisition of HMX Group, Authentic Brands Group has announced the acquisition of three new brands–Judith Leiber, Adrienne Vittadini and Taryn Rose, according to Women’s Wear Daily.

Authentic acquired the brands for an undisclosed amount from Schottenstein Luxury Group, which will retain a minority interest in the properties.
