Just over a month after completing its acquisition of HMX Group, Authentic Brands Group has announced the acquisition of three new brands–Judith Leiber, Adrienne Vittadini and Taryn Rose, according to
Women’s Wear Daily
.
Authentic acquired the brands for an undisclosed amount from Schottenstein Luxury Group, which will retain a minority interest in the properties.
