Optomen, along with its joint venture with celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay's One Potato Two Potato, have joined All3Media. The acquisition also includes Optomen's New York-based Optomen Productions.

A number of popular food genre TV programs, as well as the careers of well-known chefs, have been launched by Optomen, including "The Two Fat Ladies" (Clarissa Dickson Wright and Jennifer Paterson), "The Naked Chef" (Jamie Oliver), "Gordon Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares" and "Mary Queen of Shops" (Mary Portas).
