Oxford Industries Buys Southern Tide

Oxford Industries, the owner of the Tommy Bahama and Lilly Pulitzer brands, has completed its acquisition of Southern Tide for $85 million.

Southern Tide is a lifestyle apparel brand known for its selection of men’s shirts, pants, shorts, outwear, ties, swimwear, footwear and accessories. The brand also recently launched an expansion into womenswear.

Southern Tide products are currently available at Nordstrom, Von Maur and more than 850 other specialty retailers.

Oxford has provided sourcing and production support for the brand since 2009.
