Marvel, Vans Team for Shoes

Vans and Marvel Entertainment are planning a footwear collection that will feature Marvel Super Heroes on limited edition sneakers at Journeys stores in the U.S.

The collection will launch this month with Iron Man and Spider-Man styles for adults, kids and toddlers. A second release featuring The Avengers will arrive in March. 

Spider-Man and Iron Man will debut on the Vans Era and Sk8-Hi Reissue shoes.

Using the signature colors of his red and blue suit, the Spider-Man Sk8-Hi Reissue sneaker features an embossed spider web on premium red suede, while the Iron Man version includes black leather and bolted hexagon eyelets.

The Era sneakers will feature comic strips of the crime-fighting heroes. 

The March Avengers styles will also include Sk8-Hi Reissue and Era versions featuring the characters of the superhero team.
