BBC Worldwide taps apparel companies for children’s collections.

BBC Worldwide has secured new apparel partners to create an array of products for the CBeebies show “Hey Duggee.”

First, Aykroyd and TDP will launch a children’s apparel range including branded nightwear, underwear and swimwear.

Meanwhile, Blues Clothing will create a line of t-shirts, knitwear, jeans, dresses and outerwear featuring characters from the show.

“We’re so lucky to work with such fantastic and hugely popular shows such as ‘Hey Duggee,’” says Tracey Stratton, licensing manager, BBC Worldwide. “Duggee’s hilarious comedy, brilliant characters and adventurous style is truly inspiring our new partners. We can’t wait to see the final designs.”

“Hey Duggee” first aired on the preschool channel CBeebies in 2015. The show centers on a children’s playgroup, The Squirrel Club, where kids have adventures and earn badges for their accomplishments.

The new apparel lines will be available in the U.K., however a release date has not been set.
