Cyber Group Studios has named CMC Global, also known as Professionals at Play, as the licensing agent for its animated series, “Gigantosaurus,” in the Middle East. Under the new partnership, Dubai-based licensing agency, P@P, will oversee the licensing business development across the region.
Following the success of “Gigantosaurus” in the Middle East on Disney+, Netflix, Majid and Disney Junior, fans can soon anticipate an array of merchandise that will contribute to extending the show’s adventures beyond the screen. The first “Gigantosaurus” products available in the region will be a collection of toys arriving at retail next fall. The distribution of these series-inspired toys will be handled by iBrands ME, a toy/entertainment distribution company also based in Dubai.
The new “Gigantosaurus” toy range is the result of the partnership between the brand’s master toy licensee, United Smile and Cyber Group Studios.
“We’re thrilled to have CMC Global on board to help develop the ‘Gigantosaurus’ licensing business in this region,” says Bruno Danzel d’Aumont, international licensing and marketing vice president, Cyber Group Studios. “‘Gigantosaurus’ is captivating audiences worldwide with its enthralling storylines and beloved characters. Through this strategic collaboration with CMC Global, we’re set to elevate the brand’s success even further through the launch of the new toy range. This move will extend ‘Gigantosaurus’ presence in the Middle East and bring the adventurous spirit of the series directly to young audiences across the region.”
“We’re thrilled to join forces with Cyber Group Studios, United Smile and iBrand Me to launch the ‘Gigantosaurus’ licensing program across the region,” says Camille Madi, chief operating officer, CMC Global. “This beloved global preschool favorite brims with tremendous potential. We eagerly anticipate making ‘Gigantosaurus’ toys available and bringing joy to children.”
