Rocket Licensing to Rep 'Derry Girls' in the U.K., Ireland

Hat Trick has tapped Rocket Licensing to oversee the Channel 4 series “Derry Girls” in the U.K. and Ireland.

Rocket Licensing will work to extend the brand across apparel, accessories, gifting, homewares, stationery and social stationery, health and beauty as well as games and puzzles, with a focus on teens and young adult women age 16-30.

The first consumer product agreements for the series are set to be announced shortly, with product scheduled to roll out in spring 2019 and around St. Patrick’s Day.

“Derry Girls” is a coming-of-age comedy that follows four teenage girls (and one boy) who attend a convent school in the political climate of 1990’s Northern Ireland.
