Moxie & Company will represent Splat the Cat by Rob Scotton, the picture book series published by HarperCollins, for licensing and merchandising. Scheduled to launch next year, Moxie’s core licensing strategy for the property includes toys, games, apparel, accessories, activity kits, paper/party goods and promotions geared to boys and girls, ages 3-7.
