Characters from the preschool show “Fifi and the Flowertots” celebrated Fifi’s Flower Festival last week by shooting episodes on location at nursery schools, parks and gardens.

The special Flower Festival episodes were done in conjunction with the milkshake! programming block on the U.K.’s channel 5. The promotion will continue in the coming weeks with coloring sheets and a printable gardening calendar available on the milkshake! website.

Fifi and the Flowertots, represented by licensing agent CPLG, already have more than 40 U.K. licensees across a range of categories including ceramics, apparel, seeds, publishing, bedroom decor, footwear and stationery.

A new, illustrated look and accompanying style guide is being developed for launch in 2013 and will be rolled out across all categories, beginning with publishing and apparel. New DVD titles from 2Entertain are also set for launch this year.
