Early Exclusive: Jeffrey Godsick Expands Sony Pictures Role

Jeffrey Godsick, executive vice president, brand strategy and global partnerships, and head, location-based entertainment, Sony Pictures, is expanding his role at the studio given the recent restructure.

As part of Sony Pictures Entertainment’s recent reorganization, the Brand Strategy and Global Partnerships division will now represent the entire Sony Pictures portfolio across all windows, and corporate partners can extend deals to span the entire lifecycle of a film

As part of Sony Pictures Entertainment’s recent marketing and distribution restructure, Godsick has expanded his oversight to capture Brand Strategy and Global Partnerships across all Motion Picture film labels. The TriStar Pictures and Screen Gems film labels, along with the studio’s home entertainment properties, have been added to his portfolio. 

In addition, as part of the expansion, Kristie Alarcon (senior vice president, partnership marketing, TriStar) and Carina Lei (manager, partnership marketing, TriStar) will join the division. Jamie Stevens will continue to oversee consumer products for the studio.
