The Copyrights Group has named Demi Patel to the newly created role of head of product development.

Patel will oversee all product design and development working alongside creative director Linda Pooley.

She most recently ran the creative services team at Zodiak Rights for the past five years working on brands including Waybuloo, Mister Maker and Tickety Toc. Prior to her time at Zodiak, Patel held creative positions at BBC Worldwide where she launched In the Night Garden to the market, and began her career at ITV.

“Demi brings with her a wealth of industry experience, and we are thrilled to have such a well-regarded and enthusiastic individual join the team,” says Pooley.
