The company has also made a series of staffing decisions. Robert Prinzo has been appointed to the role of head of global licensing. He will work out of the Los Angeles office.

Most recently, Prinzo served as the vice present of consumer products at Saban Entertainment. His resume includes several years of experience in softline at Hasbro and Viacom/Nickelodeon consumer products.

Susan Chung will also join the Los Angeles office as head of business affairs. Previously, she provided counsel to Multicom Entertainment Group as well as Sutikki’s preschool title “Moon and Me.”

Alisa Kasimova has been promoted to manager, content distribution and will work out of the L.A. office as well.

Davis Doi heads to the Los Angeles office as executive producer. He is a veteran animation director and producer with previous positions at Universal and Hanna-Barbera.

Alexandros van Blanken will serve as director of content distribution.

He will help to establish the U.K. office and will take on responsibilities including managing director. In addition, Roubina Tchoboian, Cloudco’s director of international licensing, will relocate from Los Angeles to London to help position Cloudco's European business.

“The Cloudco team was already superlative, so to add even more high-caliber talent as we grow is beyond extraordinary,” says Sean Gorman, president, Cloudco Entertainment. “I think that these new colleagues, combined with a U.K. office that places us much closer to many key broadcasters, agents and licensees greatly benefits Cloudco Entertainment, making it a more dynamic and engaged company for our associates and business partners.”
