Last month, the bodies overseeing Charles Vögele’s insolvency greenlit a restructuring that included plans to close stores. The move underscores Bebe’s plans in Europe. Bebe and Bluestar Alliance have teamed on many acquisitions, including the purchase of Brookstone, a few weeks ago.
