Beanstalk expanded its presence in Asia by signing a license agreement with Kalee Children's Products, a leading manufacturer of ride-on toys and other children's products, for several of its automotive clients.

Kalee will develop pedal ride-on toys to be sold worldwide. Models available will include the Ford Focus and Volvo C70, and will launch at retail in spring 2011.

"Kalee has demonstrated a commitment to quality consistent with the Volvo brand," says Yvonne Hall Tobiasson, global merchandise and licensing manager at Volvo. "We are very happy to be working with them to extend the Volvo brand experience to even the youngest members of the family."

Beanstalk also announced its agreement, on behalf of the Ford Motor Company, with AutoOcar to develop the world's first Bluetooth controlled die-cast car.

"To be able to announce two significant innovative partnerships is testament to the strength of the Beanstalk team in Asia and the world-class roster of clients we represent," says Ciarán Coyle, managing director of international at Beanstalk. "I am extremely proud of Beanstalk's accomplishments in 2010, and am looking forward to seeing continued growth in this dynamic region."
