Acamar Films has added three new members to its senior management team as the companies work on a new season of “Bing” which is set to roll out in 2019.

Jodie Morris has been tapped to fill the role of executive director of content. In her new role, Morris will work to expand “Bing’s” presence across a variety of digital and social platforms.
Before joining Acamar, Morris served as the director of digital content at Beano Studios where she worked to launch Beano.com. Other companies include Channel 4. Alister Morgan comes on board as director of the strategy and will spearhead Acamar’s business strategy and consumer positioning to expand internationally across traditional and digital channels.
Previously, Morgan held positions at BBC Television/BBC iPlayer, A+E Networks UK/EME, AOL Europe, Huffington Post U.K. and Bebo. Kirsty Southgate is now director of promotions and partnerships in Acamar’s commercial division.
Southgate will head global strategy and will work on long-term revenue strategies and marketing expose for “Bing.” She will also oversee Acamar’s location-based “experiential” entertainment portfolio.
Past companies include 20th Century Fox. “I’m immensely proud of our team and these new appointments will build on our existing successes,” says Mikael Shields, chief executive officer, Acamar Films.
