The National Gallery Company has announced their new Delicious Art gifting collection as an exclusive at Boots U.K.
The new food and drink composite sets will be available in more than 400 stores nationwide, in-store and at Boots.com. Starting in September, sets are part of Boots three for two gift promotion with prices starting at £6.50. The range includes new designs for favorites such as:
tea for two biscuit trays;
spoon sets; and
ceramic measuring cups.
“We have developed a great relationship with the IG Design Group and Boots and as a result been able to evolve and expand the ranges based on the fantastic customer responses we have seen year after year during the key gifting season,” says Judith Mather, buying and licensing director, National Gallery Company.
Designs on the products include images of well-known paintings at The National Gallery like Van Gogh’s A Wheatfield, with Cypresses and Sunflowers, Monet’s The Water-Lily Pond and Bosschaert’s A Still Life of Flowers in a Wan-Li Vase.
“The breadth, quality and appeal of the asset available from the Gallery combined with the truly collaborative approach of IG Design, Boots and the National Gallery has allowed us to deliver innovative food gifts year upon year,” says Steve Morton, managing director, IG Deign Group Gifting Division.
The new collection comes on the heels of the National Gallery’s recently announced themed café in South Korea.
