Fox Broadens ‘Family Guy’ U.K. Lineup

Twentieth Century Fox Consumer Products has expanded the U.K. licensing program for the TV series “Family Guy” with a host of product partners following its new broadcast partnership with ITV2 in the U.K.

Zak has been appointed as the series’ master gift licensee and will launch a collection of products for Christmas and Father’s Day. Licensees LF Beauty and Beacon Confectionery will also release branded seasonal products.

Meanwhile, Fox has tapped Pyramid & Danilo to create a range of “Family Guy” stationery.

In the apparel category, Poetic Gem has expanded its underwear license to become a fashion daywear partner in the U.K. Somberbond will also continue to product loungewear.

Fox Digital Entertainment has also partnered with Kongregate for the recently launched mobile game “Animation Throwdown: The Quest for Cards,” which highlights characters from “Family Guy,” “American Dad,” “King of the Hill,” “Futurama” and “Bob’s Burgers.” 

The new “Family Guy” branded products will begin rolling out in the U.K. this year.

A new season of “Family Guy” will begin airing on ITV2 this fall.
