This year marks The Smurfs’ 65th anniversary. The brand has been celebrating with events, a new NFT collection, clothing collaborations and so much more. But The Smurfs are not slowing down their momentum as The Smurfs are continuing the celebration and have announced a location-based experience planned for 2024.

The Smurfs are creating a digital interactive experience with SEE Touring Exhibitions to debut in 2024 that will transport visitors into The Smurfs’ world. The experience will launch on XSpace and combine immersive video, sound and light projections. Visitors of all ages will be able to explore The Smurfs’ Village and physically interact with Smurfs without headsets, goggles or other appliances.

"We're thrilled to be partnering with SEE Touring Exhibitions to bring The Smurfs to life in a whole new way," says Philippe Glorieux, chief marketing officer and head of family entertainment experiences, IMPS/Lafig. "This attraction will be a must-Smurf experience for fans."

"We're always looking for new ways to push the boundaries of interactive entertainment," says Martin Biallas, president, SEE Touring Exhibitions. "This partnership is the perfect opportunity to do just that."
