Topps has announced its first-ever multi-year agreement with the National Basketball League (NBL), a basketball league located in Australia and New Zealand. The new deal marks Topps’ first exclusive trading card partnership with NBL, as the company continues its international expansion.

“We are thrilled to be teaming up with the National Basketball League as their exclusive trading card partner and to expand our portfolio of basketball cards on an international level,” says David Leiner, global general manager, Sports and Entertainment, Topps. “As we continue to celebrate Topps’ rich heritage in trading cards, this agreement marks another milestone moment for the company and showcases our dedication to delivering innovative, new products to basketball fans and collectors around the world, as well as spotlighting some of the world’s greatest athletes and players.”

Starting in Q4 of 2022, Topps will launch several NBL trading card products – starting with Topps NOW cards – featuring players and highlight moments from the league’s 10 teams including game winning baskets, dunk shots and team cards. Available in select retail locations and online through Topps.com, fans can also look out for exclusive autograph and game worn memorabilia cards to chase, along with trading cards showcasing NBL stars including Bryce Cotton, Chris Goulding, Aron Baynes, Xavier Cooks and more.
