Karen Addison Associates has appointed NewTack Strategies to expand the licensing program for the artwork of British cartoonist Norman Thelwell in North America and key Caribbean and South American markets.
Thelwell is best known for the characters Penelope and the pony Kipper. Licensing opportunities are available in apparel, stationery, gift, promotional and veterinary products.
