ABG Finalizes Sale of Hickey Freeman

Canadian menswear company Samuelsohn has finalized its acquisition of Hickey Freeman assets from Authentic Brands Group.

Under the deal, Samuelsohn has acquired all of Hickey Freeman's tangible clothing assets, its license and the brand’s Rochester, N.Y., factory.

Samuelsohn will enter into a 40-year license agreement with Hickey Freeman brand owner ABG.
