The five books chosen for the promotion are, “I’m Not Just a Scribble,” “Scribble Stones,” “Splatters,” “Snippets” and “Invisible Scribble.” The books will be available in more than 2,700 restaurants 47 states, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico and Canada. The promotion was scheduled to start in July and run for one month. All the books will come with an activity featuring stickers for children to create their own characters in the back of the book.

Recently, Alber signed a toy deal withTOMY International
to develop a range of branded SEL-focused products. These products will include plush toys, with and without added features, and technology and plastic figures based on “A Little SPOT” book series. The toys will debut at retail in 2023. Additionally, multiple titles of Alber’s “Never Let a Unicorn” series were licensed to Scholastic Book Clubs and Fairs.
