Brix 'N Clix is refuting the allegations made by Spin Master in a civil lawsuit filed last month that it infringed on the copyright of the Spin Master Flutterbye Flying Fairy toy with its Starfly doll.

Brix 'N Clix co-owner Saul Jodel claims that Rehco is the actual inventor of the technology used in the fairy doll, which is also used in Brix 'N Clix’s Starfly doll line, and that Spin Master is using the technology without license.
