The agency will work with the family on digital content, podcasts, live touring, books, TV and licensing and endorsements.

Fifteen-year-old Charli rose to TikTok fame with dance and lip-syncing videos. She has more than 17.7 million followers on the platform at the time of this writing and gains an average of 200,000 followers per day. On Instagram, she boasts more than 4 million followers and on YouTube she has nearly 700,000 subscribers. Eighteen-year-old Dixie has more than 6 million followers on TikTok, where she also posts dancing videos along with comedy content. Their parents also have TikTok accounts, where Heidi has more than 600,000 followers and Marc boasts 1.5 million followers.

"Charli and Dixie are relatable teenagers with a true gift for creating entertaining content, and the whole D'Amelio family has a warmth that is resonating with fans around the world," says Greg Goodfried, co-head of digital talent, UTA.

The sisters collaborate with TikTok creator collective Hype House, which is signed to WME.

"If you told me this is what my life would look like in 2020, I would not have believed it," says Charli in a statement. “This partnership with the incredible team at UTA will give me and my family more opportunities to create and share our content, and I'm so thankful to our fans for their support as we find new ways to connect with them.”
