Pley Beauty is available on PleyBeauty.com and will launch at Revolve.com in February.
“Growing up as an actress, I spent a lot of time sitting in the makeup chair, which is where my love of beauty began,” says List. “Having the opportunity to create Pley Beauty over the last year has been a passion project of mine and a real dream come true. We really pushed boundaries to build a sustainable and clean beauty brand without sacrificing on performance. I’m just so excited to introduce Pley to the world and see how people create their own looks through color, experimentation and a little bit of sparkle.”
As a Certified Plastic Neutral brand, Pley Beauty, in partnership with rePurpose Global, removes an equivalent amount of waste from nature for every piece of plasticsold. In addition, nearly all Pley Beauty packaging is made from recycled materials.
Collaborating with Sony Pictures Consumer Products and Sony Pictures Television to celebrate the launch, Pley Beauty will release a limited-edition capsule collection inspired by the Netflix series “Cobra Kai,” which List stars in as Tory Nichols. The collection will feature an eyeshadow palette, blush/highlighter, facial mist, lip tint, face gems and a tote.
Pley Beauty marks the first beauty brand from Creative Beauty, a new platform that launches direct-to-consumer, social commerce brands in partnership with beauty talent. Creative Beauty is launched and backed by Alexis Maybank, chief executive officer and founder, CAA.
“It's been a privilege to work so closely with Peyton on the launch of Pley Beauty,” says Maybank. “An impressive Gen-Z founder, Peyton uniquely understands the needs of the next generation of beauty buyers. At Creative Beauty, we believe in the future of digitally and socially native beauty brands and know Peyton’s community of followers will be thrilled to experience the Pley Beauty brand.”
