Rights & Brands has revealed new licensing deals for multiple properties. 

Rätt Start, a Swedish producer of children’s and baby products, is launching four collections with Astrid Lindgren and Ilon Wikland’s characters including “Madicken,” “The Brothers Lionheart,” “Lotta on Troublemaker Street” and the “Children of Noisy Village.” 

“Stig Lindberg” and Layered have also collaborated on an exclusive collection, new illustrations for “Moomin” by Arabia’s Classic tableware and Little My and Stinky. The sets go on sale Feb. 8. 

Funnys Äventyr also celebrated one year and opened a new “Moomin” ABC exhibition. Just before Christmas, Funnys Äventyr i Malmö inaugurated a new exhibition, “Från A till Ö med Mumin,” The Moomin ABC Exhibition. The Moomin ABC Exhibition is part of the new Moomin initiative, “Reading, Writing and the Moomins” and will be showcased at Funnys Äventyr until the spring. After that, the exhibition material may travel and be used in other spaces. 

Finally, The Folklore Company’s embroidery has now been launched with cross-stitch “Moomin” characters on a canvas bag and embroidered and framed “Moomin” quotes.
