We believe that the BMW brand, with its solid worldwide presence and innovative fashion design, will fit perfectly within our portfolio. We are confident that this partnership will have great success."
The brand portfolio for Marcolin currently includes brands like Tom Ford, Bally, Moncler, Sportmax, Victoria's Secret, Roberto Cavalli, Swarovski and Guess. The company reports it sold about 14.6 million eyeglasses in 2018.
The eyeglass collection for the German car brand will include the sporty, color-blocked BMW M Motorsport collection as well as the high-performing detailed BMW masculine and unisex sunglasses and optical frame collection. Both collections will feature modern and easy-to-wear shapes and contemporary styles.
The eyewear collections will be available globally next year through Marcolin Group's distribution network and in the travel retail channel.
