RDF Rights, part of the RDF Media Group, has confirmed sales deals for its arts and crafts show, "Mister Maker." The series now airs in more than 100 countries.

"Mister Maker" has been sold to the CITI Channel in the Ukraine, Ecuavisa in Ecuador and Al Jazeera Children's Channel in the Middle East, each broadcaster took all three seasons. RDF Rights has also licensed seasons 2 and 3 to ABC Australia and Hop! (Israel), while NTV7 in Malaysia and Medicorp TV12 in Singapore picked up seasons 1 and 2. The BBC recently commissioned another 20 episodes and season 4, entitled "Mister Maker Comes to Town," 20x20, will retain all of the show's usual features, but Mister Maker will now take his artistic talents on the road in the Makermobile visiting his audience of mini-makers in the Greater Manchester area of the U.K.

"Mister Maker" launched on CBeebies in 2007 in the U.K. In 2008, RDF Rights signed a licensing deal in the U.K. with Creativity International for an arts and crafts range. The range now includes 27 kits and sales stand at over a quarter of a million units. Dorling Kindersley and Penguin Books have sold more than 70,000 activity books to date.
