Sanrio Appoints COO

Sanrio has named Simon Gresswell to serve as the chief operating officer of Sanrio GmbH, MML and SGA, effective May 15.

In his new role, Gresswell will be responsible for Sanrio’s business in EMEA, Oceania, South Africa and India as well as Mr. Men and Little Miss worldwide.

Before joining Sanrio, Gresswell was most recently the vice president of licensing, Europe and international, at WME | IMG.
