Yesterday, Authentic Brands Group announced that would acquire a 60 percent stake in Camuto Group, while DSW would retain 40 percent of the company’s IP. Under the new ownership, BCI will partner with Authentic Brands Group on a shared ownership interest of the IP of the BCI Brands.
The BCI Portfolio includes State, CeCe and Chaus.
Together BCI and ABG will further expand the brand’s reach and will launch a women’s sportswear platforms for high-end department stores around the globe.
