Character World Makes Mischief with the Minions

Character World has launched a Minion-inspired range of homewares to coincide with the release of Despicable Me 3, which debuted June 30 in the U.K. and has already racked up an impressive $203 million at the global box office.

Licensee supplies demand as Despicable Me 3 takes theaters by storm.

EUROPE- Character World has launched a Minion-inspired range of homewares to coincide with the release of Despicable Me 3, which debuted June 30 in the U.K. and has already racked up an impressive $203 million at the global box office.

Character World’s Despicable Me 3 range includes duvets, cushions, towels and ponchos in a variety of designs, as well as a fleece blanket, bean bag, rug and curtains. The new range is now available across the U.K. and Europe in stores and online.

“Anyone who has seen the Despicable Me movies cannot help but love the playful, mischievous characters, and there is clearly huge excitement around the latest installment in the franchise,” says Tim Kilby, brand director, Character World. “Our previous Despicable Me ranges have all proved hugely popular with consumers, and we anticipate this range will see high demand among current fans, as well as sparking a whole new generation of Despicable Me fans.” 

The new Despicable Me 3 range joins Character World’s extensive Universal product lineup, which also includes Secret Life of Pets and Jurassic World.
