Calvin Klein Golf Inks Global Distribution Deal

Philips-Van Heusen's fashion brand Calvin Klein has expanded distribution of its golf apparel and accessories line through Premium Golf Brands (PGB), a European golf apparel manufacturer.

In the agreement, Ireland-based PGB was granted the exclusive worldwide rights to distribute and manufacture Calvin Klein Golf, which includes mens' and womens' apparel and accessories.

The brand launched in early 2008. Previously, PGB was the European distributor of the golf line, which currently operates Calvin Klein Golf showrooms in Ireland, the U.K., Portugal, Germany and Spain.

The spring line is already at retailers and golf specialty stores in the U.K., Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Finland, Turkey and Sweden. A full European roll out is expected later this year. Calvin Klein Golf is expected to arrive in the Middle East, Americas, Africa and Asia in spring 2010.
