‘Powerpuff Girls’ Anniversary Inspires Pajamas in Oz

Bubbles, Blossom and Buttercup will appear on a range of sleep separates and sets down under.

AUSTRALIA–Cartoon Network Asia Pacific has teamed up with Australian sleepwear brand Peter Alexander for a range of “Powerpuff Girls”-inspired apparel to celebrate the franchise’s 20th anniversary.

The new women’s and girls’ apparel line will feature long-sleeve tees, lounge pants, pajama sets, sweaters and more, and will be unveiled exclusively in Sydney.

“We are so excited to be working with Peter Alexander to highlight the enduring legacy of the show and the girlpower it embodies,” says Robi Stanton, general manager, Turner Australia, which operates Cartoon Network. “This colorful pop culture collection shows both the incredible bond between sisters, and just like ‘The Powerpuff Girls,’ the PJs are completely super-cute and super-fierce.”
