WWE has appointed two new positions in its India office.

Mayuri Pitale has been named consumer and promotions licensing manager and Carl Sequeira will assume the role of marketing manager for WWE.

Pitale will oversee the licensing and retail expansion for WWE in India, while Sequeira will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns to grow the brand across the region.

Pitale joins WWE from Extend Brands, India’s first independent licensing agency. Pitale has also worked with MTV Networks India (Viacom).

Sequeira has prior experience working with FILA as marketing head.

Both appointments will be based in Mumbai and report to Rukn Kizilbash, general manager, WWE India.
