AG Properties Brings Holly Hobbie In-House

AG Properties will manage licensing in-house for its Holly Hobbie Classic and
Holly Hobbie & Friends brands. The recently launched licensing division
takes over all licensing initiatives from Nickelodeon & Viacom Consumer
Products. Nickelodeon will continue to serve as an anchor marketing partner,
utilizing its broadcast, print, and online networks to promote the brands.

Sesame Workshop Plans Berry Special Initiative

Sesame Workshop continues to demonstrate that it's berry serious about its
Healthy Habits for Life initiative, partnering with Sunkist on a summer retail
promotion that reinforces the message of healthy habits for kids and their
families. Throughout the summer, packages of Sunkist strawberries and
blueberries will feature labels with Sesame Street characters Elmo and Cookie
Monster. Sesame Workshop also created header cards and sell sheets for the
integrated promotion.

PBS KIDS Taps Live Host for New Preschool Block

PBS KIDS is livening up its new preschool block with its first live host, Lori
Holton Nash. The performer, teacher, and mom and an animated sidekick will
guide kids through a two-hour programming block that features four programs
including newcomers Curious George and It?s a Big Big World and existing
favorites Clifford the Big Red Dog and Dragon Tales.

4Kids Entertainment Signs Out-of-This-World Deal

4Kids Entertainment, Inc., acquired the exclusive worldwide licensing rights to
3-D/CG- animated series The Zula Patrol. The company will manage the licensing
and promotional initiatives for the space odyssey, which focuses on teaching
children in pre-K through second grade basic science and astronomy concepts.
Initiatives already in the works include interactive traveling museum exhibits
and educational programs. The Zula Patrol characters also will be featured in a
Fulldome Digital Theater show in spring 2007. On the education front, schools
and after-school programs are using Zula's Launchpad for Learning science kits,
and school districts are utilizing the Zula content for teacher accreditation
workshops.

Digital Blue Snaps Up New Deal

Digital Blue is targeting teens, 'tweens, and young adults with an exclusive
line of digital cameras and camcorders as part of a new relationship with
Disney Consumer Products. The products (due in July) include the Pix Click
Micro and Disney Princess Secret Locket Cameras, two ultra-small cameras aimed
at younger audiences; the Pix-Click Digital camera, with a 1-inch color view
screen and customizable Disney faceplates; a slim 3 mega pixel camera with a
1.5-inch color view screen, built-in flash, and expandable memory card slot;
and the Disney Princess Digital Movie Maker.

Grammy Poised for Licensing Program

The Recording Academy partnered with licensing agent duffy + duffy to create a
lifestyle brand for its newly developed Grammy brand. The brand will celebrate
music and will launch with an exclusive retailer in late 2006 with a full
product launch in spring 2007.

Woolrich Bath Brand in New Agreement

Woolrich, Inc., partnered with Blonder Home Accents on a line of bath
accessories. Each of the three collections will include approximately 15 pieces
(suggested retails range from $7 to $60) such as a lotion pump, soap dish,
tumbler, toothbrush holder, night-light, tissue box, wastebasket, shower
curtain, shower hooks, rug, and towels.

Yahama Motors into Wireless World

Win Win Gaming, Inc., subsidiary Pixiem, Inc., will develop wireless games and
a Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) portal for Yamaha Motor Company. As part
of the exclusive three-year deal, Pixiem will develop a series of 2-D and 3-D
versions of Yamaha-branded wireless mobile games, wallpaper, and ringtones
featuring the company's motor vehicle products including ATVs and motorcycles.
Pixiem also will create and manage a WAP portal "storefront" to market these
products directly to the end user. Yamaha will support and market the products
through its network of distribution channels and participate with Pixiem on
marketing promotions offering Yamaha vehicles as prizes.

Flower Fairies Bloom in Licensing

The licensing program for Flower Fairies is in full bloom with North American
agent Creative Properties inking deals with Burpee (seeds), Birthday Express
(party goods), and Eglomis
