Nelvana Extends Distribution in Non-Theatrical Channels

Nelvana Home Entertainment and Criterion Pictures will bring Nelvana?s library
of animated programming to non-theatrical venues in a five-year deal. Under the
terms of the agreement, Criterion Pictures picks up distribution rights to
Anatole, Babar, The Berenstain Bears, Corduroy, Franklin, Little Bear, and
Elliot Moose with other titles under consideration. The shows are available in
English and Spanish and will be offered in channels including schools/school
boards, daycare centers, libraries, and museums.

first-of-its-kind licensed merchandise program for its music-focused series,
The Doodlebops. The online retailer will offer its first wave of exclusive
Doodlebops merchandise that ultimately will include apparel, backpacks, lunch
bags, clocks, watches, picture frames, and more. All merchandise will be

Union Pacific Tracks Down New Licensees

IMC Licensing negotiated three new licensing agreements for the Union Pacific
brand to develop a portfolio of apparel and accessories targeting the youth
market. Chaser, a division of B&H Company, is launching a series of
?distressed? Ts bearing the nostalgic marks, as well as Union Pacific
advertising from the early to mid-1900s at Urban Outfitters and other high-end specialty
clothing shops. All-Star Apparel is test-marketing new caps bearing the
nostalgic logos, as well as the current Union Pacific Shield. The caps will be
available at Hat World and Lids. Mad Engine is launching a series of Ts bearing
more stylized interpretations of Union Pacific brand artwork in
never-before-seen designs and styles. Mad Engine is licensed for specialty
clothing stores, as well as mid-tier and mass channels.

Power Rangers Power Up New Website

Bandai America Inc. launched http://www.GetPowerized.com/,
which enables Power Rangers fans to generate gift wish lists to send to Santa,
friends, and family; see the Power Rangers toys in 3-D; and view streaming video of Power
Rangers TV commercials. GetPowerized.com also links to Disney?s http://www.PowerRangers.com/ site and
vice versa, further showcasing the synergy between the toy line and the
television series. GetPowerized.com soon will feature the Power Rangers Family
Activities Page with activities such as Create & Construct Your Own
Megazord, Family Fitness Fun, Spring Clean-Up the Power Rangers Way, and more.
